Today was the second time at Jim ' N Nicks in Steele Creek. So the first question is will there be a third round? The answer is maybe but not for the Barbecue. I am very disappointed in Jim 'N Nicks. They do not know how to cook pig. The pig has no flavor unless you squirt on some sauce. It is not a bad flavor, it is zero flavor. I would have to call the Cue a carrier for their sauce.

I may go back to try their catfish or something else. I will say this... if you are in Charlotte and you want barbecue for Lunch don't waste your time at Jim 'N Nicks, go to Bill Spoon's on South Boulevard. It is so much better AND it will cost you less.
