Tuesday for lunch I was at my favorite place, Spoon's. I was sat beside two guys who had cameras out, taking pictures of food and discuss the quality of the food. Cynthia my server finally introduced them to me. She told them how much I ate BBQ. So began to talk for what seemed like an hour but probably less. I learned that they started out of Virginia, came to NC, going to SC then GA...AL...MS...TX...KS...MO...TN...KY...WV...VA... these guys are on a quest for barbecue. I told them about places I've tried in the various states. They were headed to Melvin's in Charleston.
